TCS Australia operates 44 pay day advance branches in the States of Victoria, Queensland, and Tasmania, Australia through its Australian subsidiary, The Cash Store Australia PTY Limited ("TCS Australia"). TCS Australia acts as a broker to facilitate pay day advance services to income-earning consumers. The business is based on the recognition that the needs of a segment of the population are not being met by traditional financial institutions. The goal is to establish The Cash Store as neighborhood financial supermarkets in Australia providing a wide range of services, a high level of customer service and convenient hours of operation.
