Governance

The Board of Directors is responsible for stewardship of the business. The Board acts in the best interest of the Company and its shareholders. The Company’s corporate governance framework ensures regular, effective and independent oversight of operations, financial controls, and performance.

The Board of Directors and independent members meet quarterly (at a minimum).  Committee meetings are conducted regularly throughout the year. At least once annually, the Board of Directors conducts a comprehensive strategic planning session to assess the Company’s direction and potential for future growth.

Whistleblower Hotline

Our Commitment


At TCS Australia the provision of accurate and reliable financial reporting is a foundational responsibility that we take seriously. To uphold this responsibility, The Whistleblower Hotline was established for associates and other stakeholders to report their concerns regarding:

  • Accounting practices
  • Internal accounting controls
  • Auditing matters
  • Violations of the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
  • How to Report (Hotline)

The Hotline is managed by Equity Corporate Services Inc, an independent, third party supplier, that provides a confidential and anonymous communication channel for reporting concerns.

Associates and stakeholders can access the Whistleblower Hotline and have messages delivered directly to the Audit Committee using the following method:
