He was also the founder, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of RTO Enterprises Inc. from 1991 to 2001. RTO Enterprises Inc., a rental company, was restructured and became Easyhome (TSX:EH)
Director Gary Holden
Chief Executive Officer, The Cash Store Australia Holdings Inc.
Mr. Holden is a dual citizen of Canada and New Zealand and was formerly CEO of Enmax Corporation. He has held a variety of management positions and has 17 years of experience as President or CEO in the energy and utilities industry in both countries. Mr. Holden is formally trained in mechanical engineering and economics and holds a B. Sc. from the University of Calgary.

Director Roopinder Mundi

Mr. Mundi has been Vice President and General Counsel, Kingsdale Shareholder Services Inc., Canada’s leading proxy solicitation firm, since January 2009. Prior to this, he was an associate with the Corporate Finance/Securities group at Cassels Brock and Blackwell LLP from March 2007, and an associate with Goodman and Carr LLP from May 2005.
Director S.W. (Bill) Johnson

Mr. Johnson has held the position of Senior Executive Vice President of The Cash Store Financial Services Inc. since November 2008. Prior to this he was the President and CEO of Insta-Rent Inc., a publicly traded consumer rental company which was sold in October 2008, and prior to which he was the President and COO of The Cash Store Financial Services Inc.’s merchandise rental division. Previously, his experience included the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of easyhome Ltd., a publicly traded consumer rental company. Mr. Johnson is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Economics degree and has over 40 years of financial and business management experience.
Director Bruce Hull
Mr. Hull was formerly President of Edgar Properties, a real estate development company. He is a business and real estate professional with extensive ownership, marketing and management experience. Previously, Mr. Hull was a senior manager with MCAP Real Estate Finance Group from 2002 to 2006. His positions with the organization included Chief Financial Officer, Vice President Corporate Services, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations.
Director Alan Grant

Mr. Grant has been Chairman, since 2005, of Premier Minerals Ltd., a mining and investment group with extensive mineral resources in Australia and Asia. He is the founding director of Trans State Finance Pty Ltd., specializing in corporate finance. Mr. Grant has 35 years experience in banking and finance in Australia, Canada and the UK and has held various board positions with public companies in Australia and New Zealand.
